The Lux-Nut Company was established as a commercial company in the field of nuts product exporting in 1999 by Mr. Mir Jalal Al-Din Aghaie. Mr. Mir Jalal Al-Din Aghaie with his experience in export of nuts established Gold & Lux Company with the aims of improving quality and increasing production volumes, falling prices. Meeting customers' needs and mainly to increase the percentage of export of nuts in the country.

2000 Ton Refrigerator
The Goldnut and Lux Nut factory, specializing in dates and dried fruits, consists of two separate units: the packaging unit and the cold storage unit, each operating independently. In 2023, Mr. Aghaei established a cold storage facility in Tabriz with a capacity of 1,000 tons—one of the well-equipped cold storage facilities. With years of experience in date preservation, packaging, and trade, the valuable and robust product, dates, led to the registration of the gold nut and Lux Nut Company in 2021. The company’s goal was brand-building in the Iranian date market and subsequently entering global date markets. In pursuit of this goal, the company expanded the cold storage capacity to 2,000 tons, constructed a packaging hall, installed date washing and packaging machinery, and introduced changes and variety in packaging. The company also obtained necessary certifications, including the Iranian national standard and ISO 22000, as well as halal certification.

The company “Bozorg Omid” was established in 1378 (Hijri calendar), 1999, by Mr. Mirjalaluddin Aghaei Vazife as a trading company specializing in the export of food products. Drawing from his experience in the export industry, Mr. Aghaei founded Omid with the goals of enhancing quality, increasing production volume, reducing costs, meeting customer needs, and primarily boosting the percentage of exports within the country.
